Home Screen

On the Application Login Screen:

1. Enter Email address
2. Enter Password
3. Tap Log In.

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the Log Out button in the upper right corner.
2. Tap Log Out to confirm.

On the PIN Screen:

1. Enter the 4 to 6 digit PIN that was provided to you.
2. The Application will automatically login when the correct PIN is entered.

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the Lock Screen button in the upper right corner.

Note: The Screen will automatically lock after a per set amount of time.

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Use the Lock Screen or the Log Out buttons to exit the Application.
2. The next user should enter their unique PIN or their Username and Password and tap the Login button.

On the Application Login Screen:

1. Enter Email address
2. Enter Password
3. Tap Log In.

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the More tile.
2. Tap the Log Out button on the menu that appears.
3. Tap Log Out to confirm.

3. This will take you to the Global Payments POS Contact Us page, where you can find the appropriate support contact information.

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the More tile
2. Tap the Register Settings button on the menu that appears.
3. This will take you to the Register Settings screen where you can configure devices such as terminals and printers.

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the More tile
2. Tap the Profile button on the menu that appears.
3. This will take you to the Profile screen where you can update things such as your PIN, Password, Email Address, and Name.

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the More tile
2. Tap the Help button button on the menu that appears.
3. This will take you to Global Payments POS help site where you can view helpful articles and videos.

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the More tile
2. Tap the Support button on the menu that appears.
3. This will take you to the Global Payments POS Contact Us page, where you can find the appropriate support contact information.

On the Application Home Screen:

2. Tap the Register Settings button on the menu that appears.
3. This will take you to the Register Settings screen where you can configure devices such as terminals and printers.

2. Tap the Profile button on the menu that appears.
3. This will take you to the Profile screen where you can update things such as your PIN, Email Address, and Name.

Tiles allow you to access the features of the Global Payments POS

• Order/Sales:
  • The first icon will vary depending on your business type. If you are configured as a Restaurant business, it will display as Orders. If you are configured as a Retail business, it will display as Sales.
  • The Order/Sales tile is where you can take standard orders by selecting Items from the Item Library, place individual orders on hold, and process payments.
  • For Register merchants only - Selecting this option will provide access to 3 different options.
    • Current - This is where you will create a new sale
    • Open - This is where you can view and retrieve held orders. If you have online orders enabled this is where you will see online orders.
    • Completed - This is where you will be able to view completed transactions.
• Quick Sale:
  • The Quick Sale tile allows you to quickly and effortlessly take orders by manually entering prices and processing payments without selecting individual Items from the Inventory.
• Management:
  • The Management Tile is where you will perform actions such as End Of Day tasks and Batch closing.
• Reporting:
  • The Reporting tile will redirect you to the Global Payments Back Office where you can view the different Reports available to you.
• Admin:
  • The Admin tile will redirect you to the Global Payments Back Office where you can make changes to your business directly from the Global Payments POS application.
• Items:
  • The Items tile will bring you to the Item Wizard. Using the Item Wizard you can quickly create Items and add them to the Inventory for use at your business, without having to visit the Global Payments Back Office.
• Training:
  • The Training tile lets the user experience the features of the Global Payments POS application by way of guided lessons and interactive demo
• Timeclock:
  • The Timeclock tile directs you to the Timeclock feature of the Global Payments POS application. You can use Timeclock to clock-in, clock-out, view shifts, and print time-sheets.
• More:
  • The More tile brings up a menu with Additional Options that include; Help, Support, Profile, and Register Settings.
