Management

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the Management tile.
2. Tap the Adjust Tips tab.
3. Tap the transaction you wish to apply a tip to.
4. Enter the tip amount.
5. Tap the Add Tip button.
6. Once all tips have been adjusted and are ready for processing
7. Tap the Finalize All button.
8. If successful, the “No Credit Tenders to Adjust” message appears.

Ensure that tips have been adjusted and finalized on all registers prior to closing any of your registers. If you close a register, before adjusting and finalizing tips on your remaining registers, you will not be able to adjust or finalize tips on any of the remaining registers.

The Count Drawer button allows you to enter the total amount of cash, gift certificates, and checks in the drawer.

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the Management tile.
2. Tap the End of Day tab.
3. Tap the Count button.
4. Input the total amount of cash, checks, and gift certificates.
5. Tap the Save Counts button.

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the Management tile.
2. Tap the End of Day tab.
3. Tap the Manual Cash Counter button.
4. Tap a bill or coin denomination.
5. Enter the amount.
6. Tap the Add button.
7. Repeat for each bill and coin in your drawer.
8. Tap the Save button.

Closing Checklist

• Tip Adjust
  • The Tip Adjust button navigates you to the Tip Adjust tab, where you can adjust credit and debit card tenders.
• Count Drawer
  • The Count button navigates you to the Count Drawer tab where you can enter the total amount of cash, gift certificates, and checks in the drawer.
• Z-Report
  • You can print or email the Z report by selecting the relevant option on the End of Day tab next to the Z report. When the Z report is printed or emailed, it will include the X report extension for open and closed batches.

Close Batch

On the Application Home Screen:

1. Tap the Management tile.
2. Tap the End of Day tab.
4. Tap the Count button.
5. Tap Enter the total amount of cash, checks, and gift certificates or use the manual cash counter.
6. Print or email the Z report.
7. Tap the Close Register button.
8. Tap the Yes button to close the register.

After Batch is Closed

1. Tap the Orders tile on the Home screen.
2. You will be prompted to enter the total amount of starting cash in your drawer.
3. Tap Open Batch to open a new batch and register.

After Batch is Closed

1. Tap the Orders tile on the Home screen.
2. You will be prompted to enter the total amount of starting cash in your drawer.
3. Tap Open Batch to open a new batch and register.

Until a new batch is opened, you will not be able to access any of the order screens.

The Users button displays the Users report. This contains the information for each individual user’s recorded transactions in the current batch.
