Transactions

• Pending
  • Transactions where the tenders are being processed. This includes transactions sitting in the Cart but also Held orders. Once the outstanding balance is zero dollars, the transaction status is changed to completed.
• Completed
  • Fully completed transaction where the sum of the items, discounts, and taxes equals the sum of the tenders.
• Refunded
  • Previously completed transaction that has had all tenders returned. The offsetting transaction that refunded this transaction will have a status of Completed.
• Cancelled
  • Transaction that was canceled by the user prior to its completion. All tenders are returned to the customer and item quantity is not deducted for the sale if inventory tracking is enabled.
• Failed
  • A transaction that could not be completed. Transactions can fail for many reasons, including the entry of incorrect card data, insufficient funds on the account, holds on the account, etc.
• Partially Refunded
  • A previously completed transaction where only certain items and tenders were returned.
• Suspended
  • Transactions that are purposefully put on hold are marked as suspended. Resumed transactions are claimed and reinstated with the pending status.
• Resolved
  • A previously failed transaction that has been acknowledged. Once the error that caused the failed transaction is fixed, it can be marked as resolved and notes can be added regarding the cause and resolution.

Note: This applies mainly to Tipped transactions. When the merchant is unable to adjust the tip on the transaction due to error the tips are resolved (lost) and the batch is closed

1. For accounts with multiple locations:
   1. Select Locations in the Navigation menu.
   2. Select the switch arrow next to the name of the location you wish to manage.
2. Select Transactions in the Navigation menu.
3. Select Transactions from the expanded menu.
4. Select a date range you want to search by.
5. Optional search parameters:
   1. Select a register to narrow your search.
   2. Select Show Advanced Options above the Search button to search by offline order number, batch number, user, status, order number, transaction number, from amount, to amount, or type.
6. Select the Search button.

Audits

1. Select the View Details chart icon next to the transaction you would like to view.
2. Select the Audits button.
3. Select the View Details arrow next to an item on the Transaction Details page to view more details.
4. You will be redirected to the Audits page with a filter for actions related to the specific transaction.

Details

1. Select the View Details chart icon next to the transaction you would like to view.
2. Select the Details button.
3. Select the View Details arrow next to an item on the Transaction Details page to view more details.

Receipt

Select the View Details chart icon next to the transaction you would like to view.

To email the receipt:

1. Select the Email Receipt button.
2. Enter an email address.
3. Select the Send Email button.

To print the receipt:

1. Select the Print Receipt button.
2. Print the page.

1. For accounts with multiple locations:
   1. Select Locations in the Navigation menu.
   2. Select the Switch arrow next to the name of the location you wish to manage.
2. Select Transactions in the Navigation menu.
3. Select Transactions from the expanded menu.
4. To export all records:
   1. Select Export All Records at the bottom of the page.
5. To export the current search results:
   1. Select Export Listed Search Results at the bottom of the page.

4. You will be redirected to the Audits page with a filter for actions related to the specific batch.

Reports

X-Report

1. Select the View Details chart icon next to the batch you would like to view.
2. To email the receipt:
   1. Select the Email button.
   2. Select X-Report.
   3. Enter an email address.
   4. Select the Send Email button.
3. To print the receipt:
   1. Select the Print button.
   2. Select X-Report.
   3. Print the page.

Z-Report

1. Select the View Details chart icon next to the Batch you would like to view details for.
2. To email the receipt:
   1. Select the Email button.
   2. Select Z-Report.
   3. Enter an email address.
   4. Select the Send Email button.
   5. To print the receipt:
